This is a tiger cake tutorial video. With the use of simple technique this cake ends up having a tiger pattern inside!
INGREDIENTS
BATTER PREPARATION
1. All purpose flour- 250 g
2. Powdered sugar- 180 g
3. Baking soda- 1tsp
4. Baking powder- 1 tsp
5. Oil- 3 tsp
6. Curd- 3 tsp
7. Vanilla essence- 1tsp (optional)
8. Full fat milk- 1 cup
9. Gel food colors- orange and black
ICING PREPARATION
1. Whipping cream- 200 ml
2. Powdered sugar- 2 tsp
TIGER STRIPS PREPARATION
1. Whipping cream- 100 ml
2. Gel food colors- yellow and black
